势创智能 | 隐裂检测模组

隐裂模组对应可集成到制绒上料段、刻蚀上料段以及各类硅片分选机中。通过此模组严格把控来料质量，减少碎片率，节约客户的制造成本。兼容硅片的不同方向线痕的上料方式（线痕方向垂直/平行于硅片运动方向）。可适用于单晶、多晶、类单晶等各种硅片与制程片，降低多工序的碎片率。可快速、准确检出带有隐裂缺陷的硅片。
