势创智能离线PL检测叠层PL分析仪SC-PL-A利用特定波长的激光或强光照射光伏电池，使电池内部的载流子受到激发而跃迁到高能态，当这些载流子从高能态回到低能态时，会发出与材料特性相关的光辐射，即光致发光。通过对光致发光图像的分析，可以获取电池内部的少子扩散长度、缺陷分布等信息。
